“Jessica Griffith practically has backgammon in her blood” -- Vogue. The blonde beauty grew up playing with her dad (and, ahem, beat a much-older club champion in the first round of a competitive 4th of July tournament). While on vacation in Harbour Island, Jessica stumbled upon an eye-catching, raffia board made by a local. This inspired her to create a backgammon board of her own in honor of her family’s favorite hobby. Teaming up with a local antique reproduction and restoration woodworker, she began creating hand-crafted solid-wood boards with raffia playing surfaces, hand-painted points and designs. These heirloom pieces are made-to-order and Jessica hand-paints the bespoke designs herself.
