    SHIPPING

    TUKE BAZAAR is a multi-brand marketplace and customers may receive multiple shipments from individual vendors.

    INTERNATIONAL orders may be subject to additional shipping/handling fees + extended delivery windows up to 25 days.
    • CANCELLATIONS
    Due to our marketplace model, we cannot guarantee any cancellations or changes once your order has been completed. Orders that have already shipped cannot be changed or canceled. If your order has already been dispatched, we will be happy to set up a return for you. Please note that we will not be able to accept a return for any items marked as Final Sale. If you want to cancel or make changes to your order, please reach out to our support team at tukebazaar@gmail.com.
    • TAXES + DUTIES
    For US orders, TUKE Bazaar does not collect taxes in all states. Your purchase may be subject to sales and use tax. Depending on your state, you may be exempt from sales tax—some states require a tax return at the end of the year for purchases made online. If you are buying a product from a country outside of the US, duties are included in the price of the item. If the total of your shipment is over $800, you may be subject to relevant import duties charged by your carrier.

     

    RETURNS

    While we hope you love your order, we understand that there may be a need to return your item(s).  We will accept returns within 10 days of the receipt of your package.  No exceptions.  After 10 days, you will receive store credit.

    Returned items must be in their original conditions - unworn and undamaged, with the tag still attached, and ideally in the original packaging if applicable. 

    To initiate a return, please click here -- you will need your Order # and Date of Order.  Pre-paid labels are provided to customer -- the respective cost will be deducted from the refund.

    TUKE Bazaar will refund the original form of payment.  Please allow up to 10 working days for your refund to process. We will send you an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Please see below for details on our return policy. 

    • Final sale items are not eligible for return. Final sale status can be found on the website product listings, but generally applies to bespoke items, items shipping from international vendors, food products and discounted products. 

    • Returned items must be shipped back - i.e., picked up or processed by UPS/other mail carrier - within 10 days of receipt. 

    • If you are a gift recipient and need to make a return, then we will refund you in the form of TUKE Bazaar store credit for any future purchases on our site.

    • Customer is responsible for returns. TUKE Bazaar nor merchant are financially responsible for shipping/handling of returned items.

    • Damaged + Lost Items

    If you’ve received a damaged or wrong item, contact us at tukebazaar@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged/wrong item and your order number. We’ll take it from there!

    The shipping carrier chosen at the time of checkout is responsible for the delivery of your package. In the case of a lost package, it is the responsibility of the carrier and all inquiries must be directed to the carrier.
